Out Of The Blue Resort & Spa

The place is Great, huge and with a lot of green around. The staff was very polite! Special thanks to Mr giorgos that was carrying us with his special car everywhere, my kids were always excited to see him! The food was also great and the playground exceptional.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!! Οι εγκαταστάσεις, η θέση του ξενοδοχείου, η βλάστηση στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, το δωμάτιο και το σπα...Αλλά πάνω απ' όλα, οι άνθρωποι ήταν όλοι χαμογελαστοί, έτοιμοι να ικανοποιήσουν κάθε σου επιθυμία!! Μπράβο τους!! Από την ρεσεψιονίστ, μέχρι τον κύριο Γιώργο που μας μετέφερε με το αυτοκινητάκι, όπου κι αν του ζητήσαμε εντός του ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος, αλλά και η κυρία Κατερίνα στο σπα, με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη και με μία υπέροχη-θετική αύρα!

Τίποτα. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!

- Very polite, friendly, and helpful staff. - Excellent private beach with coarse sand. - Good waffles, pancakes, and coffee.

- Rooms are outdated, worn, and poorly designed, lack of storage space and not working power outlets, broken balcony door, broken drying rack - Air conditioning is unreliable and difficult to regulate, making it uncomfortable, especially for families with babies, who need constant cool temperature during sleep - Only one old narrow elevator serves the main restaurant - Hotel layout is not stroller-friendly, limited options to leave the restaurant with a child. - Damaged and closed promenade; reaching the beach requires a detour. - Very few walking paths and almost no shaded areas. - Beach towels must be collected from a separate spa building and exchanged manually personally - Food quality and variety are disappointing for a 5-star hotel: limited selection, very little seafood, bad desserts (except fruits) and poor soft drinks

Some rooms definitely need renovation... A/c working only first and last day..closed doors and high/low temperature still didn't work..
