The staff were nice and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and hotel in a lovely spot. Shower was nice and lovely welcome spread. Drink offering in the all inclusive was good! Spa was nice but pricey. Ladies who worked there were lovely. The men driving the golf carts were happy to help my father who is unable to walk long distances ( our room was quite far from reception and uphill which we weren’t aware of)

We paid more for a maisonette with private pool. The rooms needed some TLC and needed a lot of work. Multiple things were broken or needed tidying up. Our flush was falling off the wall, back door didn’t lock, a lot of broken tiles/ dirt around the bath. Bath hot tub function didn’t work. All pools were freezing. The all inclusive buffet had basic options and the food ran out quite a lot and not quickly replenished. Impossible to get a bed around the main pool. Entertainment in the evening wasn’t as expected. Only one option to eat as we stayed less than 7 nights. Not enough baby changing options. Bottled water stopped being an option half way through.

We had a wonderful week of vacation at this hotel. It was our second time staying there: we had already visited eight years ago. Coming back to this place was a real pleasure. The hotel is located on a kind of lush green peninsula surrounded by turquoise sea waters. It is the perfect place to relax, far away from the city and traffic. We felt so comfortable there that we didn’t even feel like leaving the resort. A huge thank you for upgrading our room. As a family of four, it was a real luxury to enjoy an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace overlooking the sea. Each of our two children was able to go to bed according to their own schedule, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was beautiful, with a huge bathroom featuring a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower. We also really appreciated the many closets that made it easy to store all our belongings. The pools are magnificent. We loved spending our days between the main pool, with its lively atmosphere and bar, and the children’s pool surrounded by grass. The whole setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The children also really enjoyed the different water slides. The restaurant offers a varied cuisine where everyone can find something they enjoy. Our favorites were the waffles and pancakes freshly prepared in the morning, as well as the pizzas made on-site at lunchtime. The fact that everything is included, drinks as well, is also greatly appreciated. A special mention for the unlimited bottles of water available — that was a real plus in our opinion. The staff was absolutely lovely throughout our stay, with special recognition for the Fram team, who were fantastic. And the highlight of the stay: the included dinner at the Greek restaurant with a sea view. We absolutely loved it and had a delicious meal!!

Now, a few areas for improvement that, in our opinion, could be easily implemented. Regarding the room, the bathroom lighting is not bright enough, and there is a lack of a large mirror near the entrance where guests can see themselves full length. As for the restaurant, we found the jams offered at breakfast a bit too artificial for our taste, which is a shame. There is also a need for small teapots or larger cups for tea lovers, as the coffee cups are really too small. We also noticed that it is almost impossible to find teaspoons anywhere other than those already placed on the tables. As a result, everyone ends up taking them from neighboring tables. Regarding the bar, some cocktails and drinks unfortunately seemed difficult to enjoy, with rather artificial flavors. The same applies to some breakfast beverages, which could feel a bit more natural. At the main pool, there is clearly a lack of shaded areas: there are only a few small umbrellas. In the afternoon, we therefore preferred spending time at the children’s pool, which has more umbrellas and a more natural and pleasant environment. We also noticed that the hotel is no longer brand new and that a few repairs would be necessary. That said, this is also part of its charm. In the end, these seem like relatively simple points to improve. We truly appreciate this hotel very much and would be delighted to come back for a third stay.

This hotel does not know how to provide service and is definitely not 5 *. maybe 3+ * The lady with glasses at the reception is unpleasant. The hotel is a huge area where in the high season they come through travel agencies with many children. But even in mid-May they could not keep up and the service

Vi fikk gratis oppgradering i Mai og var strålende fornøyd med personale. Beliggenheten og den private stranden er koselig og pen. Området er vakkert og det er rent. I restauranten laget de spesialomelett til babyen vår.

Maten kan være bedre for voksne, veldig god mat for barn og baby.

principalement le bruit rémanent dans les chambres (nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait trop de bruit venant du plafond de la première , en raison d'un groupe de climatisation situé au dessus, dans la 2eme, un bruit permanent de ventilation venant du mur situé à la tête du lit..., malgré l'intervention du technicien ). devoir dormir avec des "boules Quies " dans 1 hôtel classifié 5* n'était pas ce que nous attendions. dans le couloir, les moquettes tachées, la porte du local de service ouverte en permanence, les boiseries de décoration abimées... une remise à niveau de l'hôtel serait bienvenue, il commence à vieillir....

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, közvetlenül a tengerparton. Az ételeknél egészen nagy a választék, nagyon finomak. A személyzet rendkívül kedves!
