The stuff was amazing, the food was awesome, everywhere was clean

The room furniture was old, and not modern the AC was not super good either

The staff was helpful with certain things and it’s good location

Are hot tub wasn’t working we only got to use once and the toilet broke leaking many of the places wasn’t open and the events it put up taking place was not open or cancel I really loved this place on my first stay and came again and didn’t get same experience

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the vacation. Nothing worked properly- not clean, full of bugs and mosquitos. We could not open the balcony door because of the mosquitos. The jacuzzi didn’t work and after we complained they moved us to a different room were the jacuzzi did work but the view was not so good as the first. The building we stayed at was so strange and smelly. The elevator was old and the wall to wall carpet was so dirty, that was unbelievable. The pools was freezing cold and the food was bad. The team wasn’t friendly or nice or helpful. The beds were horrible, and the floor in the pool was full of ants.

A beautiful 5 star all inclusive resort. Perfect for what we wanted after a stressful start to our holiday. The staff were very friendly and even though we arrived early for check in we were able to use the facilities straight away. When we did check in we were told we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fantastic. I didn't know I would like a hot tub in the heat but what a view from the balcony it was just incredible. As with all inclusive food, there is a variety and the quality was ok but I would have expected a bit more for the 5 stars. It all feels very impersonal at meal times and I feel for the staff as they are not appreciated for what they are doing. We were there when the resort had only just started to re-open so there was some confusion on what drinks were included (it seemed very limited when we first arrived), but once we found the correct drinks menu it made it a bit better (the wine is awful so avoid at all costs, unless you like vinegar and white spirit). The room was spacious and the air con was perfect. There are mosquitos around so bring a decent bug spray as we were bitten a fair bit. We enjoyed evening drinks at the hotel bar and staff there were friendly and helpful. Both beaches accessible from the hotel are beautiful. The sea was a little too cold for us but we did enjoy a swim or two while we were there and so excited to be able to get up close to the fish. The pool was of a nice temperature with different types of beds and loungers by the pool. Overall a good experience and nice friendly staff who were very appreciative of the tips.

The quality of the wine in the hotel was awful. I have not ever had the experience of my eyes closing and body shuddering when trying to drink wine. The food variety was adequate and we managed to find foods we liked to eat. However, signage in the restaurant is poor (no allergens noted) and a lot of the foods had no signs at all. The puddings even though they looked delicious were tasteless or just awful. The ice cream labelled as Carte Dor must be a knock off or stored badly as it was grainy and large lumps of ice within it.
