Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa

What made our time at the Arlington Hotel so special was the staff. Romeo, at the front desk, couldn't have been any nicer. James, who worked at the valet, was wonderful. The piped in mineral water was wonderful!

The hotel is magnificent but it can certainly use an upgrade. The lobby exudes charm from a bygone era, but the rooms themselves look very tired. I LOVED that I could sit in the tub, nonetheless and soak throughout the day without haging to go to the baths. One really does feel the shift instantly.

Convenient access to the downtown area and the national park.

Room condition is very poorly maintained, with shredded curtain, wallpaper / paint peeling off, doors that couldn't be closed properly, mouldy couch etc., and no room service at all regardless of how many nights you stay, unless you ask for it. Given that the room rates aren't low at all, it's not worth the cost.

Location

Old delapitated building, sketchy workers, someone stole my credit card info and committed identity fraud. The hotel was filthy. Most of hotel was in various stages of remodeling. The facilities were dangerous. I felt like I was touring an abandoned hotel in a soviet bloc country. The doors to the rooms were paper thin, carpets were 60 years old and stained. There were places where children could easily have fallen to theor deaths. I can not believe this hotel is open to the public. There was also $100 of hidden fees. Worth hotel experience I have had in 50 years

I ordered a drink and it came out right away with a smile on her face!

Beer was ice cold and helped us out with local information

Kat was welcoming and friendly. She served up some of the best drinks we had during our cross country road trip. She entertained us with tales of the history of the Arlington Hotel and Hot Springs. Thanks Kat!

Kat was an amazing, super sweet and great bartender! She knew Ll about locL history and lore!

Room Was dirty bathroom had mold everywhere.

The ambience was great the omelets was awesome and our server Erica Ritter was amazing . Very attentive and engaging. I love her spirit!!
