Motel 6 Cleveland, TX

nothing experience was terrible ac and heat didn't work, over half fixtures didn't work and service was horrible

Next to comfort inn and suites and able to visit family that was staying there

The stay was fine and management was very accommodating, especially given the weather conditions. My only suggestion would be to add the keychain door locks back.

The hotel said I checked in and I hadn't even shown up to the motel I used the option pay at motel but they took the money saying I checked in and I had free cancellation

Probably one of the worst stays at a motel I've experienced in a very long time and I travel regularly. We had to bunk down here due to home emergency. Had our son who had school next morning. From 9:30 to well after midnigbr fighting, loud talking, banging, music and the smell of weed was a nuisance. Finally after my sons dad reached the irritated point of not being able to tolerate any more I consulted the front desk agent. She did approach the room and stated they needed to be quiet at which time we learned that the room was unattended teens 3 to 4. The mom was also informed at which time she cussed both myself and the desk agent out very loudly. Tried to brush it off and hoped it would settle down. It got louder, the agent tried again with no success. Finally while I was still speaking to agent my boyfriend attempted to knock on the door and inform the kids that there is a younger kid next door and to please settle down. This resulted in threatening to beat up my boyfriend by the presumed dad and mom of the unattended kids. As a result i did call the cops in the event it escalated I wanted to ensure that there would be support. This seemed to upset the property manager who after a prolonged ordeal offered to move us but we felt we sjould not have to especially with an 11 year old after midnight having to pack everything up because they could not control their guests. I did request a refund but she was argumentative stating that we could get it and leave or just mov

The property is old and ran down! Bed was broke, toilet overflowed twice!

The service was not polite. Or helpful. The bath tub was dirty with soap scum. Other than those things. Room was good.

Noisey, baby crying, people talking

Good Mexican food restaurant next door. Ice machine did not work and we requested ice and did not receive any. Commode would not flush. When I asked for someone to come fix it, we were handed a plunger and had to plunge the toilet ourselves after every use to get it to flush. Walls were the thinnest. We could hear the entire conversations of the neighbors. I will never stay there again..

Every single thing sucked! I couldn't have been any more disappointed. The customers should know that the rooms are in terrible shape prior to booking the room online. It was an extreme shock to me!
