"A mess."

The room I was given was Not Cleaned at all. The AC in room 218 is Noisy and slow to cool, the room was 100°f too hot to breathe for a long time drenching me in Sweat.

The room was okay for the amount of time I was staying. Just needed a place to sleep for the night. What I didn't like was the front desk clerk watching me. Ringing my room telling me how many people I have in there. When she was wrong and out of line and it was just two of children and myself.

We like that it had a pool. But we didn't like as we were unable to get coffee because it was Sunday and the lady was out and about in the laundry room. Aka the attendant. No phone number at the front window at you to even call the attendant. Overall between was the place was very clean and basic and we enjoyed our stay

The indian lady who checks you in is extremely rude and nasty , very unfriendly. The hotel is dirty , noisy and old . Bad decision to stay here , NEVER AGAIN

"Great customer service "

My stay was great a employee I think her name was Veronica did everything she could to get me and my boyfriend checked in early since we had drove in much earlier than we thought we would, she was able to get us in a hour early and we are very grateful to her. Only downside is that the tv reception was poor but that could be due to the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks, 2nd time staying and never a issue.
