The White Hart Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything had been thought about, the staff were friendly the breakfast was gorgeous, the location was perfect.

Location, easy, parking, good rooms

Excellent to get a car park in London. Room had many features, tea and coffee. Helpful staff in restaurant. Food very good and interesting menu. Location excellent for Bushy Park, Diana Fountain etc. plus near tube stations.

All good

Visiting Hampton Court Palace so this hotel was in a very convenient location plus only short walk to the railway station for the train into Waterloo. The room was okay, a comfortable bed and remarkably quiet at night considering it's location. Good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast, and very personable staff. Easy walking into Kingston upon Thames for a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

The room was hot and stuffy, even though we had the window open all the time, day and night. Could have, at least, supplied a fan. I dread to think what it was like the previous few weeks when the temperature was in the mid 30's, as it was uncomfortably stuffy in the low 20's while we were there. The ensuite bathroom was far too small for the cost of the room , the loo was so wedged in between the bath and basin that your shoulders were touching both. The shower over bath had a good supply of hot water but the guide bar was almost hanging off the wall.

Great location. Great room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was very slow

Staff are excellent - they all seem quite young, but are efficient and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They seem genuinely proud to work there. The chef is outstanding - judging by the breakfasts and lunch we had. The room was comfortable, shower was great, and it was good to have a table and chair that I could work at.

Nespresso machines - the negative in so many hotels. They waste plastic, I hear the coffee is bad - and so many of us have boycotted Nestle all our lives. My heart sinks when I see them.
