This place is gorgeous. I had the Catherine Parr room for a night, and it felt very luxurious. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was great.

"The hotel was very accommodating as I had to change dates and they allowed me to do thst without issue."

Clean and well appointed

The plug in my basin (room 304) didn’t fully close so I couldn’t fill the basin with water. Annoying and needs attention.
