Great location, amazing breakfast and dinner! We love this hotel so much that we stayed there so many times… and anytime we wanted to go to Kingston we always chose that hotel! 😀 We live in London but anytime we feel like we need a mini break we always choose this amazing hotel! Thanks for everything 😍

Absolutely wonderful little place to stay. Cannot fault anything. The room was lovely, everything was first class. And the breakfast was amazing.

Great location, very close to the Thames Path. Friendly man on reception, our bags had arrived and we're already in the room. Room was spacious, huge bed and an amazing shower. Lots of tea, coffee and biscuits to revive us after a day walking. Breakfast was amazing, good selection of fruit, cereal, nuts seeds and yoghurt, plus cooked option all included.

The receptionist, Ricardo I think, was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast choice was varied, and although the evening menu wasn't vast, and a little expensive, the food was delicious and the serving staff were polite, proffessional and helpful every meal. My only slight niggle is that the cleaner who came in our room on our 2nd day of 3, didn't shut the door properly, so our door was effectively left open most of the day, and i know it wasn't me that left it unlocked as I'm paranoid about hotel doors, so always check thoroughly every time i leave the room! Fortunately nothing was stolen, and it never happened again. Overall, I'd definately recommend this hotel.

I would have prefered 1 or 2 'simple' food choices. Maybe light bites. Also, I prefer instant coffee to a pod machine, and sweeteners should be available in rooms.

Nice room, clean and well decorated. Whole place was well presented with interesting pictures and info about Kingston. Convenient location. Powerful shower and very nice body wash, shampoo etc. All staff were excellent. Great breakfast.

Bed was a little hard for me - but suited my wife. Shower room was a little cramped.
