Tower23 Hotel

Perfect stay. We could not be more pleased with our vacation. The hotel was perfect as always. Each year we choose to stay at Tower23 for our family vacation and are never disappointed. The hotel has the best location, amazing restaurant, best amenities, and wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived the valet staff was friendly and welcoming, checking in was quick and easy, any requests we had were addressed, the staff could not be more professional and polite. We were even impressed with the pleasant interaction and attentiveness the staff had with our two kids. I felt the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and it meant so much to us, especially our son who celebrated his 9th birthday this trip out (according to him his "best birthday ever"). We appreciate everything, feel so fortunate to have been able to stay with them, and can't wait for our next summer vacation!

This was my first time at Tower 23 and it was such a great experience. I’ve visited San Diego before but not quite like this. Location is amazing, hotel is clean and comfortable, restaurant is great, and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Stephanie at the front desk has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. I have fallen in love with San Diego after this trip. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at tower23 for a quick overnight and had the best time! They have amazing happy hour where we enjoyed oysters and glasses of Veuve overlooking the ocean. Stephen the bartender was amazing! Then we went upstairs on the deck for sunset. Stephanie at the front desk set us up with a Skypad room with patio access. The beds were so comfy we stayed in and ordered room service while watching a movie. We had such great time, Steph was able to give us late checkout as we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the deck. Highly recommend and will be coming back!!

Tower 23 is the only place we stay when we visit Pacific Beach in San Diego. The restaurant, JRDN, is outstanding and has the best staff. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. Steph at the front desk is always so kind and accommodating. She always makes us feel appreciated and right at home. There isn’t a better place to spend Golden Hour than Tower23.

The staff was amazing especially Martha and Aiden- they worked as a team and were so attentive and made us feel so comfortable. Martha was always smiling and so warm and helpful- we love her! Tyler was a great bellman and made checking in and out a breeze with all of our bags! Taylor was great too! We have come here for many 4th of July’s and will continue coming! It was the perfect weather and experience- we had the best time enjoying the roof top DJ, the view, games, food, drinks and the beds are very comfortable.

I spent one amazing night at Tower 23 Hotel for my birthday and was greeted my the most welcoming staff ever! My room was SUPER clean and exceeded my expectations, the service was 10/10. The valet Brandon, Austin, and Tony were very welcoming as soon as I pulled in they offered to help with our luggage despite how busy they were. At the front desk Nathaly, John and Taylor were amazing when checking me in. The next morning at check out Tyler helped us take all of our luggage down! We also dined at the restaurant where Elizabeth and Luis greeted me and my friend making us feel even more welcome.

We had a terrific Tower 23 experience. Beautiful property with a great location and friendly and helpful staff! Check in was fast. Since we arrived early in the morning before check in time, they stored our luggage and even took it to our room for us when it was ready. The water pressure was amazing and had hot water almost instantly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. They have a button by the door you can press for maid service or privacy. Since they have a fully stocked mini fridge, we asked for an empty fridge to store items we brought, and they promptly brought one to the room at no extra charge. They have beach chairs, towels, footballs, etc. at the front desk for you to take to the beach for no extra charge. We stayed in a partial ocean view room and would highly recommend this hotel.

Located right in the middle of Pacific Beach. So many places to eat just with a walk. Ocean is right outside. Valet parking was nice and everyone working was friendly. Our didn’t have a microwave though, minor inconvenience.

The hotel view is amazing and so close to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. They offered us complimentary beach equipments which was really nice! We enjoyed every minute of it! We dined at JRDN a couple of times and both were great experiences; food was fresh and well prepared. We would definitely come back again!
