Tower23 Hotel

Our stay at Tower23 was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk was kind and helpful, and the valet service was smooth and professional. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. It had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and everything about the experience felt effortless. Whether we were in the room, walking along the beach, or just enjoying the vibe, it was the perfect getaway. I’m already looking forward to our next stay. Tower23 truly made it special!

Front desk ladies appeared to have an attitude from the time I checked in. Other than that though, the hotel was great and the valet people were very professional and attentive. Ocean view room was stunning.

The location is excellent with beach access easy. Tower23 provides beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards when asked for by guests. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or use tge on site restaurant JRDN. The hotel staff are amazing and go out of the way to assist with requests or recommendations. The room balconies are great with curtains to draw if you want to privacy while there or people watch to your hearts content. Watching surfers each morning from the balcony was awesome. We will definitely stay again. We stayed in a partial ocean view king bed room and loved it.

Best place ever

Perfect boutique hotel that felt elegant and elevated, but not fussy. The staff from the valet, to the front desk, to room service to housekeeping were warm, accommodating, responsive to our needs and seemed to genuinely want us to be as comfortable as possible. In a bigger hotel, you feel like just another number, but we felt valued and catered to during our stay. Every corner of the property was impeccably clean and the architecture and decor was simple, elegant, clean, and coastal. The restaurant Jrdn has incredible food with diverse options and loved that we could get breakfast delivered to our room for lazy mornings. Five star property and staff and we'd love to come back!

As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Tower 23 Hotel. I felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference traveling alone. My oceanfront room was beautiful—impeccably clean, soundproof, and the bed was super comfy! I slept like a dream. The valet app was a convenient bonus, and the room service and restaurant were absolutely delicious. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to everything. I had to leave a day early unexpectedly, and the staff went above and beyond to waive the extra night without hesitation. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend Tower 23, and I will definitely be returning!

The bed was the highlight of my stay—hands down the comfiest bed ever! The hotel staff truly made a huge difference in my experience. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach—and the on-site restaurant is fantastic. You can relax with the best margarita while enjoy the sunset , expertly made by Julio, one of the super friendly bartenders. Overall, the place is an amazing experience. I highly recommend it!

There was a mix up where the site let us book a room that actually wasn’t available and Michelle at the front desk made it right and went above and beyond expectations . Coming from Las Vegas a city all about hospitality I was very impressed with her service
