Hotel Embassy

We stayed 2 nights here on arrival in Quito. Wonderful welcome at the start of our 40th wedding anniversary trip with room decorated with balloons and swans heart towel sculpture. They also brought a tasty fruit platter and our travel agency provided a bottle of wine❤️. Great location close to Plaza Foch and a wide range of restaurants. Good WiFi - reasonable buffet breakfast. Look forward to spending 3 more nights here at the end of tour.

Very good location. Not far from historic area and many decent restaurants nearby.

My family & I stayed here 26-30 December. The hotel was fine, but the area was very busy and noisy. It made it very difficult to sleep, granted, it was just before New Years. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included and very good, but we struggled to feed my daughter. She has celiac disease, and gluten-free seemed to confuse them. However, after attempting to communicate the requirements (the staff speaks very little English), the manager came over and spoke to us. That afternoon, she went out and bought a loaf and GF bread, and from the second day, the made arrangements to feed her. I really appreciate their assistance. All-in-all, the hotel is fine. If you are younger than me, and looking for an active nightlife, you'd probably be very happy here.

Good standard throughout hotel. Staff very helpful. Only disappointment no flexibility on breakfast time, which meant I went without morn8ng I set off for Galapagos as taxi arrived 6:15 & they wouldn’t serve breakfast before 6:30 even though I could see it set up.

Recommended, everythings like a description on the web, well price and confortable, it's not the most luxury and modern, but it's ok for the price.

Very good and friendly hotel, well localed in Quito in the famous Foch Avenue where you can find Gourmet Restaurants and a few minutes to downtown. They offer delicious Ecuadorian food with very good prices.Well recomended

2 in the morning front desk was helpful and staff helped with luggage . Overall clean and room was clean and comfortable

This was my first time staying at the Hotel Embassy. The staff was amazing and they all spoke English. Prior to my trip, they arranged for a car service to pick me up at the airport. I was able to check in early as rooms were available. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to so many things. The breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of items to choose from. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Embassy again.
