The heating was on too much that The was too dry to sleep at night

The location, the breakfast was okay, the staff very nice. The food was nice. The music was nice and the atmosphere was really good .

The facility inside are a bit old, needs renovation. The fact that the spa in the website booking.com was not mentioned was with an additional payments, it was advertised that was included so it was a bit of a trap marketing. I didn't like this. Should be more clearer when advertising room and service including and not. The toilet are old and need to be renovated.

This is the kind of james bond -for your eyes only- hotel; the atmosphere, personell bar and restaurants are absolutely fantastic, not to forget the spa (which you need -understandebly- need to book in advance). The rooms however need to be looked after better, in my opinion; they are dated, and for example the curtains do not hang properly and the lamps in the rooms and the hallways do not hang straight, which is very clumsy and easily to be fixed. But inspite of this my wife and I will certainly come back, because of the great experience!

Free mini bus service from hotel to slopes and return - Sebastian was great. Complimentary tea/coffee, biscuits and fruit tart at the hotel between 16:30 and 17:30. The mountain views.

The biggest issue was the constant thumping beat of the music coming from the nightclub directly below the hotel, every night between 10:30pm and 04:00 am, making it impossible to sleep for about 5 hours each night. Unpleasant smell of raw sewage in various parts of hotel (stairwell, elevators, corridors). For a supposedly 4* hotel, it was looking rather tired. Breakfast was average (tinned fruit salad, croissant/pastries a bit dry)

Super overpriced, had very bad smell, I don’t recommend at all

The plates on the morning breakfast were not clean, the hotel had very bad smell, for the price you can get so much better than this hotel, the lobby had very old furniture, breakfast is not that good
