Grand Hotel Sestriere

The hotel is in a great location , its an old style hotel but nice tho. The lady at the reception she was extremely nice. I have booked 2 rooms but by mistake I put only 2 persons instead of 4 and she didn't charge us anything extra. I would like to say thanks a lot for that. Drinks at the bar were great tho . We got there and were starving and the guys at the bar made their best to get us some nice food from the kitchen. ❤️

I can't say I didn't like something. I can advise you guys, if you will do a refurbishment, you can be the best hotel there . Everyone will want to stay there. Trust me, I am a hotel owner and I know what I am talking about . Best of luck

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good, great choice and all nicely done with freshly brewed coffees available. Rooms were a little tired, but comfortable and clean. Location was great, just 10 mins from lifts and slopes.

The nightclub music! We stayed 4 nights Thurs- Sun. The club was open every night except Sunday. It was incredibly loud and went on until 4 in the morning.

Hot location fabulous & the hotel staff superb. Spa of great quality & immaculate.

we were given a family room in the old un renovated middle section of the hotel. Sofa beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The balcony flooring was unstable. Room table wobbled. bathroom quote old, with cracked tiles.

the stream in the shower was poor

Huge hotel, great bar, food etc. V comfortable lounge, entertainment every night, also a free late check out for us after I asked
