AUGenerous balcony; water views; equipped with the basics one would expect in an apartment; comfortable bed. The location is great - very handy to shops, food etc.
Many signs of wear and tear - in need of paint and refresh. Shower over bath was a problem for my ancient hips. Noise transfers easily from other apartments / foyer.

Very Outdated needs a major makeover. During our stay Maintenance works were being carried out each day, no hot water for 24 hours. Room key stopped working mid way through stay, wasn’t electronic, was locked out of our apartment. Stayed for 5+ nights and no housekeeping, called to request the room be freshened up all we got were fresh towels.
