The property failed to disclose they have permanent residents at the site. Whilst most we did not see, others made the place very unsafe. It was evident there were dealings going on throughout the place. Homeless person at front door, Carpark was a common meeting place. This was reported to management who were very much away but down played the situation. We did not escalate the situation or report the rooms as we did not want to put the many families with young children at risk of being targeted.

The TV is not working, and the washing machine was shaking a lot. The rooftop of the balcony was a bit noisy when it was windy. The toilet space was too small.
AUI am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my current stay at your hotel nesuto at the entrance. During my time here, I have witnessed what appear to be multiple drug-related transactions taking place in common areas, including directly outside your hotel in clear camera view on thursday the 16th. I passed multiple people in the elevators, corridors, and on my floor who smelt of drugs. There was a car of people on the secured parking lot level 3, who when we drove up the ramp to park our car they quickly packed up what ever they had very suspiciously. In addition, there have been several individuals behaving in a manner that I would describe as highly suspicious and intimidating. This has created an environment that feels unsafe, particularly as I was staying there with my children. We did not feel comfortable moving around the hotel, and this situation has caused significant distress. I chose your hotel expecting a safe and secure environment, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. I request that this matter be addressed urgently. I almost contacted police myself whilst staying there but will contact you first before contacting authorities. We will never stay there again and I will leave a review and also make sure no one i know stays there either.

Apartment is very noisy with other what appeared to be permanent residents in the corridor. Bed was two beds pushed together but they were at different heights. LOL! Fawlty Towers style. Beds were very uncomfortable Bathroom is tiny Apartment and the complex is very tired.
