"Good"

This beautiful old villa is set in the heart of Tuscany and has plenty of old world charm. There are plenty of amenities (pool, tasting room, restaurant) to keep the guests satisfied. Our areas of dissatisfaction were that the receptionist raved about our fantastic room. It was spacious, but it was basically in the basement with absolutely no view. We were not shown how to lock the door to the room, and the wifi passcode wasn't clearly disclosed. We bought wine and paid for it to be shipped back. It was one month later and we still haven't received it. Still, the property was charming, the food was delicious, and I'd recommend it.

"Almost a great experience "

Beautiful hotel property and area. Reception staff excellent. Some of the other staff, restaurant staff, seemed uninspired. Small repairs needed here and there, nothing major, but would be a big improvement.

"‘‘Tuscan hideaway "

The best accomodate we have had. Was so relaxing, and serene— management and staff- were exceptional. The area is beautiful- and the little town of Radda- only 1:6 kls away- is a hidden gem

"Exceptional"

The location of this property is spectacular! It sits atop a mountain with sweeping views of the surrounding Chianti hills. It's so unique in that it's a medieval village converted to a small resort. The pool was wonderful and it was so nice having breakfast each morning on the terrace with a stunning view. The gardens and landscaping around the property were also top-notch, lending to the overall feeling of beauty and tranquility. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and they made our time extra special by arranging a winery tour (which they own) and a romantic picnic in the vineyard itself. They also helped us order wine to ship back to the US and made everything easy for us. I would highly recommend this place!

Really nice, well maintained and friendly staff. We have stayed for 6 days and are very happy with our stay. If you want to stay in Tuscany the location is ideal. Highly recommended
