"Ottimo soggiorno sulla Coral Coast"

Lo staff molto carino e disponibile. La colazione a buffet molto ricca. Bello che ci sia una zona per le famiglie ed una zona solo adulti. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Sono stata solo una notte e non ho partecipato a tutte le attivita' offerte che sembrano molto belle.

Vicino alla piscina solo per adulti vi potevano vedere materiali da costruzione buttati li, tipo una discarica.

Unfortunately, the booking didn't include the complimentary breakfast even when priced so high.

the prices were overly exaggerated compared to the normal room rates, almost double the local rates.

The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you, lovely people. Kids club was great!

Wasn’t explained about the kids or drink packages on arrival. This would have saved me a lot of $$$ if I’d known. More placement I bins throughout the property. I think when items come up on your bill daily, they need to be more clearly itemised. More supplies of cups/glasses & plates in the room. The biggest thing to complain about was more hooks required to hang wet items up (all 3 families I went with said the same) in rooms/ bathrooms.

Beautiful pools Staff were great Rooms were well equiped the resort neat & tidy

The charging system needs a massive overhaul . We had full board meal plan but constantly had errors on our account being charged for food that should not have been charged despite telling everyone we were on a meal package . Just be careful there is a drink surcharge after 9pm which was not explained . Lots of hidden costs !! You should find out the costs of drinks and keep your own running costs so there are no surprises . We found drink prices varied depending on where you had a drink.
