The staff were amazing, very helpful and went out of their way to get to know us. The facilities exceeded expectations and each day was jam packed with a variety of activities to choose from. Definitely bringing the family back here again!

Most meals and services in restaurants cafes etc wore good. Serving was some what delayed. Some of thew restaurants ( Sundowner and seafood restaurants were extremely busy and staff found it difficult to keep an eye on us ( i. e. cutlery invoice etc 0

"Great staff being let down by management"

Staff members were great restaurants all good

Beaches not great at moment nothing like in pictures Management couldn’t organise a thing constantly getting bills wrong with everyone not just us they just add stuff to your invoice that you haven’t had over 5 times I had to visit manager to sort things out but still on check out times it was all wrong Their all inclusive really don’t work so many restrictions

Having an adult pool was a plus for me. The spa was very good

The property felt pretty “tired” the bed linen had stains - the timber was rotten in many places. There were a lot of issues with charges - most people I spoke to had issues with being wrongly charged and I was charged twice for one lunch - their system may need some changes.

Amazing staff 10/10 always friendly and welcoming. Beautiful location all facilities were on the resort . Bebe spa was such a wonderful experience

Food variety , buffet was very ordinary. Room service also. Pillows and beds were ok

There are plenty of options for food at the resort with at 4 or 5 restaurants. There is also an adults only pool as well as the main pool plus the ocean to swim in.
