The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout the stay, which made a big difference to the overall experience. I especially appreciated the complimentary evening drinks, and Archie, who was serving them, was particularly friendly and attentive. It was also convenient that the rooms had power outlets compatible with international plugs. The complimentary water bottles (when delivered) were a nice touch as well. Overall, the atmosphere of the resort is pleasant and relaxing.

For a 5-star resort, the property needs more maintenance and attention to detail. We noticed broken tiles and stair edging coming loose, which did not feel up to standard. Cleanliness was inconsistent. We found hair in the bathroom upon check-in, and in the following days we continued to see hair on the floors, including our own, which suggests the room was not properly vacuumed. The bathrobes also had a noticeable moldy smell. Some towels were worn and stained, and the mini fridge was sticky inside. There were also a few service and communication issues. One evening,, we did not receive the complimentary water bottles, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told they had already been delivered, which was frustrating since they had not. The breakfast buffet information was misleading. It shows barista-style coffee with latte art, but that is not included and comes at an extra charge. The included option is an automatic coffee machine. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow at times.

Last meal ordered there we advised we only had short time (1 hr) until our transport arrived. They said no problem but food did not arrive so we left without eating.
