Everything was clean and looked after, food options also great. Staff were excellent

A few times the staff overcharged us and we only caught on after double checking receipts, this happened to our friends also

Great staff and service. Clean and tidy resort. Had everything on site for your stay. Great for families. Kana buffet breakfast is worth your money and also Sundowner restaurant food was amazing. The team by the poolside Bavaria were great. Special mention to our server Fereti who looked after us. Great daily itinerary and access to the phone app.

Guest services inaccuracy with room charges but once queried it got sorted asap. Not clear information regarding children eat free - although advertised on the website and in the hotel - you only qualify if you book via certain agencies. Buffet at Kana - dinners were not that great. Food either all finished and a 20min wait for food or overcooked but if you address it with the team. They ensure that your concerns are heard and looked after. Once I had given feedback Rajesh and his team at Kana were very accommodating and did look after me with a special dish and complimentary drink. Very thankful and appreciative.

Overpriced food for horrible quality. Price isn’t the issue but everything is just so pricey but the quality is giving $5 a sandwich instead of $40 worth Why is delivery even $10 in room. Ridiculous Drainage of showers was also bad

Beautiful resort with great facilities overlooking the Coral Coast. The staff were exceptional and the restaurants were good, particularly Ivi, serving delicious seafood. I highly recommend Outrigger and will go back.

Great choice of food options and great staff

The Outrigger is a really nice four star resort with a lot to offer. The adult pool and swim up bar was awesome, the water was at least 86°. The water is pretty far out at low tide, but at high tide the snorkeling is actually pretty decent. The restaurants and food were excellent, and the drink choices very good. We stayed in a beachfront Bure, which is on the high side of the cost and luxury, and it was very well appointed.

Some construction noise at the adult pool while they were renovating, but it wasn't bad

We are a gluten free family and the Outrigger catered to all our meal requests - they were very well equipped to handle celiacs. Many thanks for Nanveet (spelling?) and Ronald who were fabulous and put our minds at ease. There is not really a beach at the Outrigger but we didn't care as the adult only pool area was fabulous, quiet and relaxing so much so that we had breakfast every monring there. We ate only once at the buffet which we didn't really enjoy and food options were limited in that area for gluten free. The other resturants were great. Our room was a standard hotel room with a great view to the ocean. Bathroom had everything we required. The team was fabulous and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend you give it a go too!
