The seasonal pool will be open from July to September. Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property. Convenient that bus are available right at the main entrance to Tokyo station & back, Narita aeon mall & Narita station and very often to the airport and back.

Same dinner menu for the whole stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the quiet room allowed for a good night's sleep, which is great for people who have a plan the next day. The swimming pool with sauna and gym were fun to use in the evening. The room was very clean. The hotel is spacious and the garden and surroundings are beautiful and quiet.

Some breakfast items were not refilled well. The rules and ways how to use swimming pool and gym are a bit difficult and inconvenient and not clearly explained at check-in. It took us time to get everything ready and use the swimming pool.

Great hotel near the airport, great value for money. 7 eleven in the foyer! Very comfortable.

Some of the hotel feels a bit dated, but perfect for our needs at the end of our holiday. Great airport transfer service.
