Very nice place and clean

The lady at the front desk was a real jerk

It had a bed to sleep in.

The ac barely worked, our room smelled moldy. We had to go down to the front desk to get a shower curtain. Room was cleaned, but not well. Curtains were filthy. The floor was sticky, like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

This hotel stay was for my family who were here for my daughter‘s college graduation. Your staff went out of the way to make us feel very welcome and help us with anything we had. You’re very fortunate to have them on your team. Blood pressure.

I cannot think of a thing.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast that was well presented. The area was very clean and the attendant was very polite. The food was well stocked and hot. It was also easy access to the interstate.

I would have preferred the breakfast to be available until at least 10am vs 9am. We loved everything else. There is nothing that we disliked about our stay.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

The rooms were big, the bed comfortable, the shower was good, all clean

The plastic cups, plates and knife and fork, very poor indeed, cheap food for breakfast. We went to the Hilton next door for breakfast. Comfort suites very poor breakfast considering we paid for 6 nights, 2 rooms and came from the UK. This was the only negative about our stay
