The location was perfect

The parking issue was a problem, I read on the website that I could have my ticket approval for discount at the NCP, but that wasn't the case, the discount code issued wasn't recognised on the NCP app.

Lovely Grand building. Good location. Plenty of Entertainment.

Bedroom had no windows - 2 floors underground. Unable to get a meal due to lack of Staff at the bar. Confusing instructions to get to my room from reception.
