Old run down hotel. Decor terrible. Paintwork amateurish. Breakfast tasteless especially sausages and hash browns.. Hotel need complete refurb..

Die Lage am Meer.

Zimmer, Bad, Gänge unfertig. Keine Fenster zum Öffnen. Weder im Zimmer noch im Bad und es gab nur eine verschmutzen Abluft lm Bad. Der Modergeruch war all gegenwärtig. Kein Roomservice., weder Reinigung noch neu Handtücher, in 4Tagen. Im Bad war weder ein Hacken noch eine Ablage noch ein Klobesen vorhanden. Es war nicht möglich unser Gepäck, nach dem Auschecken, um (11h), im Hotel bis zu unsere Abreise mit dem Zug(17h)zu belassen. Es wurde uns geraten zu versuchen, das Gepäck in einem anderem Hotel abzustellen, was wie auch, gegen Bezahlung machen mussten. Zu sagen wäre noch das, dass der gesamte Außenbeleuchtung des Gebäudes mit hunderten Möwen besiedelt war und die Gehwege, rundum, mit Vogelkot verunreinigt waren. Weiter mussten wir feststellen, dass die neue Bettwäsche für die nächste Gästen am Boden des verstaubten Flur lag.

The main reception is extravagant and the history and architecture is beautiful and it’s near the sea too.

It was dirty, seagull faeces everywhere. Couldn’t open window because the poo would come in and it stinks.The building has gone to ruin. Toilet was leaking in room and carpet smelt of urine. The receptionist we met at first was quite rude. The one we complained too was lovely. Thank you Barbara and Joe

"DISGUSTING"

Nothing GRAND about this hotel! Rooms are disgusting, stains all over, bathroom appalling, toilet was wobbly, floor was extremely old needs replacing, tap in sink constant dripping, shower head full of mould, door needed replacing paint coming away at the bottom. Beds were OK, one squeaked every tjme you moved, pillows were hard as rock and only one. Breakfast milk was warm, food was all like rubber , tables all needed cleaning hard to find a clean one to sit at, plates weren't clean found 4 mucky ones. Can't really find any good comments sorry. Would I reccomend this hotel ABSOLUTE DEFINITELY NOT!
