The Grand Scarborough

Warren of corridors, easy to get lost (two people i passed , twice, were lost), fire doors propped open. And worst i was given a room already occupied with a dog in it... reception insisted the room key worked and ignored me saying it didn't, and that there was a do not disturb sign on it. Only after being told to try it again pand disturbing the lady and her dog was i given a differentroom. You couldn't make it up. Felt depressing and unsafe.

Close to beach

Funny smell in room a member of staff came up and told us he could smell nothing. Found weed under the sheets informed receptionist who said she will tell the manager and they would call . Not heard a thing

Our first room smelt awful and the electrics kept tripping. The second room people were slamming doors and outside in the early hours thought someone was going to come through the window, then the bin lorry came very early. Might as well of had the circus there too. Never again will I go back. Stairs dirty and everywhere grubby

Everything, noisy, not really understanding staff and not helpful either. Grubby run down hotel that was full of what look like drug users
