Die Lage, Frühstücksbuffet

Viel zu hohe Zimmerpreise. Man bezahlt hauptsächlich die Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr alt; sehr ringhörig und Licht vom Flur schimmerte durch die Türspalten. War ok für den ersten Besuch in Kapstadt. Wir werden es allerdings nicht mehr buchen.

"Wonderful location and a very enjoyable stay."

Perfect location for visiting the main tourist attractions of Cape Town. Staff in reception and at the concierge desk (Alan/Reggie/Tonto) were excellent. Also Iwando in the main restaurant was first class (timely and attentive) with his service over 3 days.

Lock in our room door (321) was badly damaged and whilst it did lock, the appearance was unnerving. We had to leave the wardrobe doors open again the door, as an added personal safety feeling.

Location is excellent! Comfortable, good size of the room and bathroom. The locksafe size was good, too.

I had my birthday there. No one noticed that therefore no one even congratulated me. Even I went on the day to the SPA and told them. If Hotel staff didn't realise it, SPA staff should warn them. I was disappointed. A letter under the door with a good wish would be great!

Friendly, great hotel, good bar service

Super poor quality coffee in rooms. An upper class hotel should provide guests with good coffee in the rooms, not instant caffee!
