The Fresh Coast Inn at Ludington

Quaint, clean, bed was comfortable, staff checked in about breakfast needs.

The room was small and the bathroom was very small.

The garden is lovely, the location is so convenient, the staff is attentive but you truly get your own space— and there is an abundance of accommodations provided. Truly a gem of a BnB.

The walls were a little thin— that wasn’t a problem, and is very typical in historic houses, just something worth noting if you’re a light sleeper!

The staff email to and from. I received a reply right away. We were there only one day, but to believe we will return for a longer stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good to walk and explore.

Bathroom was a little cramped, but it worked.

1. breakfast was excellent ; option to either sit with other tenants or obtain room delivery. Best breakfast options of entire 7 day; 6 venue trip. 2. decorative appointments throughout were outstanding. Very much appreciated the 'blue' room and all of the antiques on the entry floor. 3. location was ideal for Ludington. Very good 'jumping off' place for any activity in that area.

1. accessibility options are limited (rooms located on 2nd floor with no elevator), though staff member assisted with bag going up. Bathroom toilet low and tiny. Water pressure was surprisingly weak. 2. minor point: host interactions were very limited; copious/detailed instructions were texted -- this part was very good. That 'hands off' approach might appeal to many, though I suppose I expected a little more here.

Liked that we could walk to downtown

The water pressure in the shower was totally inadequate. We probably would not stay here again because of this.

Uniqueness of Inn. Food and snacks amazing. All of our needs were met when we got there. It was so helpful to have the staff bring our bags upstairs. We never could have managed that on our own. We wish we would have had more time to be outside. We're hoping to come and visit again. Maybe in the fall. Would love to know when you have specials on prices after the tourist season is over.

The steps were a bit difficult, but we took our time and we made it okay. Would have liked to had more coffee up in the loft area. Had to go downstairs to get the supplies for it.
