Lovely bed and breakfast. Conveniently located.

Nice clean room, hard boiled eggs, continental breakfast was ready for those of us who had to leave to take the 9AM Budger Ferry.

Wish they could have moved the breakfast early but totally understandable they were fully booked so couldn’t accommodate our early breakfast request.

Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was okay but back stairs seemed a little unsafe. AC was load and some of the blinds did not work well. Shower water pressure was weak and hot water stopped working. Too many stairs

Morning we had a great time. Unfortunately we booked for next year directly thru Ludington inn because your site was not able to help me book .

Loved everything about it except the "front" staircase. 2 seniors banging bags and balancing up the twisty, dark staircase near the "front" entrance. Not easy for low vision or mobility challenged folk. We had no issues navigating the main staircase in the building. We discovered it only after struggling up and selling in. Great opportunities for improvement here if only signage directing to the other stairs. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place! Recommended.

Excellent B&B experience overall. Quaint. Friendly. Good breakfast with perfect accommodation of gluten insensitivity. Parking lot is tidy with easy in and out. Bathroom was tiny, but that is expected in an old home. Biggest negative was an uncomfortable bed.
