"Disappointment in service; otherwise good hotel"

Adorable design and theme, a great location and a convenient shuttle to park. Spacious room with standard amenities. I was very disappointed by the housekeeping crew who came in to make up my room despite having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. I was only there for 2 nights, so the room did not need to be cleaned, and I had my personal items in specific spots for ease of packing--- they came in anyway and moved things around. I was very disappointed.

The hotel had an awesome old western theme which takes you back in time to the wild west. The attention to detail was great and all that was missing was a duel at sundown (thankfully) The staff here are absolutely amazing and made pur stay even more pleasant. So friendly and exceptional customer service which was far superior to my experience at other hotels I have been to. The value for money is outstanding and if you get the park tickets and breakfast package then you will be laughing all the way to the park and back.

Property is conveniently located and staff is very helpful. Short walk to Disney village through the back of the hotel. However, the room was filthy and fixtures are falling off the wall. Below the standards of economy Disney hotels in Disney world (Orlando).
