Animatieteam was fantastisch!

Excellent. So clean and all staff were brilliant. Well done to the man that went round moving the towels off the subeds. Animation's team was excellent. Claudia so full of enthusiasm Food and drinks was excellent. Shame I got told off for wanting to take a snack to my room Such a beautiful place and so close to sea and shops.

The hotel is lovely and clean throughout couldn’t ask for better. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Location is brilliant close to shops and beach with excellent bus links. We got bus into Puerto Rico for two people 5.50 euros. We stayed on 6 floor double with beach view. Room was big and clean great views. Bed was comfy but it was two singles pushed together not ideal as they kept coming apart. Food was great big selection fresh fruit and yogurt everyday. Meals was lovely won’t go hungry. Bar in lobby said it was open till 1am when booking and in hotel app but by 11 - 11.30pm they closed bar. Can get beer and wine from self service taps 24/7 Pool was great not allowed balls or floats for the kids in pool only down side If with children. Highly recommend this hotel value for money.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Food fantastic, always something we liked. Pool areas kept spotless and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
