I was greeted at check in by a lovely girl called Nazareth,she made me feel at home as soon as I checked in. Trying to find my way round in the first night I asked the barman is there a smoking area and he actually took me there. Food wise plenty of choice. Met some lovely people who have become my friends. I have already booked for next year. Thanks to all of the staff.

First family holiday with daughters and two grandchildren (9 and 7). Lovely hotel which I can’t fault (mattresses a bit firm but that’s preference!) It was a lovely low key family hotel - kids club was for younger children really so can’t comment. Excellent food choice. If you want “British food” Go to the pool bar- burgers, nuggets etc. Beach in easy walking distance but a lot of steps - not sure if there were any ramps tho. Sand is fairly black! Clear sea with only a few bits of seaweed (which I hate but I could go in the sea). Smoking is only at the front of the hotel and behind the pool bar - shame but it is a family hotel so understandable.

My son and I stayed here over the May half-term week. It was our third visit to this hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. We were greeted by Szrbo on reception, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He was always happy to help and provided us with information whenever we needed it, including helping us locate toy shops to find a specific toy my son was looking for and arranging a room with a lovely sea view. It was very much appreciated. As always, the room was clean and provided ample space for the two of us. We always find the beds incredibly comfortable and sleep well whenever we visit. The walk-in shower was ideal. The housekeeping staff always say hello and do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy every day. The restaurant offers a huge variety of food, and most guests will always find something to enjoy. It can get quite busy at times, but there is always a clean table available, and the food is constantly replenished right until the end of each sitting. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard, keeping tables clean and clearing away dishes efficiently. The pool area is kept clean throughout the day, and the sun loungers are in good condition. They're not the most comfortable loungers I've ever used, but I've certainly sat on worse! Please continue the good work of removing towels from unattended loungers, as it can otherwise be difficult to find one later in the day. One suggestion I would make is to wait until breakfast service has ended before placing warning notices on empty beds, as some guests are simply having breakfast and return to their loungers immediately afterwards. The animation team is always a huge part of what makes our holidays enjoyable, and this visit was no exception. We had the pleasure of being entertained by Mirco, Selene, Lucka, Raffaele, Claudia, Andrea and Leo throughout the week. They were all incredibly friendly, fantastic with my son, and worked hard every day to ensure guests were having fun. Keep up the great work, guys! One of the main reasons we keep returning is the games area. My son spends a lot of time (and money!) there. The machines are well maintained, clean, and generally in good working order. It's a great option when children want some shade during the day or when parents would like to watch the evening entertainment while the kids enjoy themselves. We also love the location of the hotel. Being so close to the beach, bus station, shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacy means that everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep.
