Piscinas con el agua muy fría, sin climatizar. La política del hotel de cobrar por todo. Parking, 10 euros al día, exagerado. Comida de poca calidad en el bar piscina. No había cocina en vivo en el buffet. No se reponía la comida cara, solo el arroz y la pasta. Así, como los fritos.

Negatives - Bathroom cleanliness could be improved, couple of long hairs on the shower.

Just came back. Location is good and the rooms are lovely, the food was excellent and the pool area absolutely superb. Serbo and Bobby on reception were lovely, helpful warm and friendly as was Gabriel aka "Batman" who kept a strict patrol on sunbeds being reserved with towels and people not being there for hours which was really good to see this being controlled. Other staff - apart from a few housekeeping staff saying hello and giving a smile I found the majority of staff not particularly friendly. My main problem was the "pool bar" situated next to the main pool - you cannot get a drink unless you are dry!!!! I don't understand this as they could just put mats round the edge of the bar and you can get a drink when you get out - the sun loungers are spread out over a large area and if you are away from the main area it is a pain to have to dry off at your sunlounger before getting a drink. Good value for money for food and drink and pools wise but will not go back to this hotel

Absolutely awful experiance. Staff are so rude. Most things in the room do not work. Food is awful had to go out most nights to eat and to top it off no sun lounges available at the weekend due to Letting in too many people. Honestly not worth the money.
