Absolutely loved this hotel, so many food options and plenty of it. 24h snack bar was packaged sandwiches, one cake and drinks. It was a shame the milkshakes and smoothies weren’t included in all inclusive. Enough sunbeds, pools and (cold) jacuzzis for all to enjoy! Not allowed floats. The staff were beyond friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was also really nice, with accessible bus routes and a short walk from the beach. For kids there was an arcade, park and baby pool too. Highly recommend!

Location is excellent as is every thing else about this hotel staff. Cleaners. Kitchen staff. Everyone. Is so friendly and cant do enough to make your stay special. They even had a mobility scooter for me..thank you kevin.. this is the best hotel ever. With a fridge full with sandwhiches salads and cakes 24hr a day you just help youreslef. Same with beer .4 different wines. Juices. And a coffee tea. And hot choclate machine. Pools brill. Loads of sunbeds. No need to panick. We will come back

Great hotel! Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes from the main strip. Very close to the beautiful coastal path along the cliffs. Also a very short transfer from the airport- roughly 25 minutes. Although we didn’t have need of it we noticed the hotel is very accessible for those with physical disabilities too. Our room on the 7th floor looked like it had been recently refurbished and the room and balcony were spotlessly clean. One minor downside was the water pressure and temperature control in our shower was sometimes a bit temperamental. All the staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating! We liked the self-serve drink features too- no queuing at the bar if you want soft drinks, beer, wine or sangria. The Nescafé coffee machines were fantastic too. The buffet food was always hot and had a good variety for breakfast and dinner- lunch was sometimes hit and miss in terms of options. The snack bar by the pool had both hot and cold options throughout the day too. The animation team were super friendly and hard working with entertainment on nearly every day. They never seemed to stop- we saw them chatting with guests and even playing football with the kids in between their scheduled activities. Overall a great 3* option for couples, families and groups. We would definitely come back for another holiday!

Outstanding Service traveling with a disabled gentleman and the staff could not do enough for us Very good hotel clean staff lovely food really good and spotless in dining room Room really nice clean Only points i would make Is Carpets in hallways bit shabby . disabled room could have more rails in bathroom And i would like to have a massive shoutout to the Lifegaurd he was excellent and went over and above 5 🌟
