More continental breakfast choice Choice of different teas should be available and teapots at breakfast. We found the beds a bit hard Carpets in the corridors to bedrooms need hoovering more and were quite stained.

The Room was not what I asked Booking.com to book. But we decided to stay. Breakfast was OK.

Evening meals were not up to previous standards.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at H10 Estepona was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn other travellers. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Basic requests seemed to be treated as inconveniences, and any attempt to raise concerns was met with indifference rather than professionalism. Customer service appears to be an afterthought at this hotel. To make matters worse, we found a letter in our room stating that we had access to the Privilege service, only for that access to be revoked later without any clear explanation, which was both confusing and frustrating. The food was equally disappointing. The selection was repetitive, uninspired, and often of poor quality. Meals lacked variety, and many dishes appeared to have been sitting out for far too long. For a hotel that claims to offer a premium experience, the dining options were simply unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The carpets throughout the hotel were visibly stained, dirty, and in desperate need of replacement. Walking through the corridors felt more like staying in a neglected budget motel than a supposedly high-end resort. The overall standards of housekeeping were far below what any guest should reasonably expect. What made matters worse was the generally poor service across the hotel. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, communication was poor, and there was a complete lack of attention to detail. At one point, staff were openly discussing us in Spanish while we were nearby, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of enjoying a relaxing holiday, we spent much of our stay frustrated and disappointed. There are far better hotels in the area offering superior service, cleaner facilities, and much better value for money. I would not return to H10 Estepona and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant holiday experience. Save your money and book elsewhere.

It was a perfect stay for my birthday food was brilliant drinks were a good price, entertainment on every night. Close to the marina and a short taxi Close to the centre. My birthday the hotel left a large bottle of carva and a box of chocolates for me. Can't wait to go back.

H10.Estepona Palace stay may5 11 nights The outside of this building sells this holiday but we are afraid that is all!!we stayed in room 267.it was adequate.bit dull and in shade for most of day. Hotel itself clean but not very atmospheric and clinical .could be made to feel more welcoming. Security....in every hotel we have stayed in to access the hotel grounds there is a fob system by which a card or wristband is used not here the back gate is wedged open all day until 10pm.it is then locked but anyone can gain access to the property at any time by a wooden staircase either side of the door....just a gap in hedge!!!And a notice on the gate tells you this!there are security guards walking around we saw 2 but if anyone entered armed wouldn't stand chance!. Sun beds...dirty actually some filthy we were told they were washed down in mornings but that doesn't touch them they need jet washing....maybe? Reception staff....ok...Christine guest liaison person is unprofessional sarcastic shall explain end of review! Restaurant....We have stayed in hotels where there have been birds outside whilst eating on a terrace.But these come inside Restaurant and peck at some of the food .On our first morning a bird flew on to pancake someone later consumed it. we had to shoo them off on several occasions!.I did address this to Restaurant manager who told me nothing could be done and shrugged shoulders! Food.....poor quality not consistent not varied. cold plates...could go on needs a manager to stand in Restaurant and look at people's faces...they look unimpressed!.breakfast poor. pastries not varied .fruit juices weak and separated .tables not set up properly .very lucky to find tea spoon. had to take cups etc from other tables....not consistent.seemed to be short staffed at many times.Couldnt get cocktails in day served after 5 main bar or Mediterranean bar 6.30.bar and resteurant by pool are good priced for drinks beer wine.No coffee in rooms cheap weak tea bags.asked at reception for coffee was told used to have but not anymore....again shrugged shoulders and said sorry could arrange express machine for 10 euros a day!. We expressed our views to our lovely jet 2 rep....jet 2 amazing during stay and she passed us on to Christine.....hotels guest liaison.had a note under our door from her pop in to discuss!.Christine came over as sarcastic saying she wished she could talk to the birds!.basically laughed at us when we brought up security and told us there is no problem with crime in Spain!...not what we are led to believe! apparently she walks around often to look at sun beds!.this was an important holiday for us as one of us is undergoing cancer treatment. very disappointing.will not return. Spoke to several couples who said the same!

La comida del bar de la piscina no nos gustó, muy mejorable, aunque la cena en el restaurante si estuvo muy bien.los colchones podrían estar más blanditos, la verdad.
