Great hotel clean and good location

This place is friggin awesome. I'm happy I went here and not the other ones. It's a lot nicer imo of the other Disney hotels around it, except for the big white one by the front entrance. But still, Marvel Hotel is awesome. We used the drawing room, the character room, the restaurants, the front desk, concierge. Everything! we had 3 rooms and they were all super cool and super fun. No regrets!

The hotel staff exemplified Disney service! From the bell hop to check-in, to the concierge and pool staff, everyone was wonderfully helpful. The concierge staff helped us get reservation to the Downtown Restaurant, which is a great buffet option (albeit a little pricy at €45/adult) for any picky eaters. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. My only regret is not splurging to get the Spider Man Suite or other theme room.

Friendly staff, air conditioner in the original room did not work. Our room was eventually changed. Wish the hotel had more English speaking channels.

Excellent, modern hotel. Our second family visit to this hotel but first since the Marvel theming. Really impressed by the standard of the renovation…it’s not cheap but my family of four (kids aged 15 & 13) loved it. We had paid for breakfast and park tickets as part of our 4-night stay. Downloaded the Disneyland Paris app which gave us access to both parks before hotel check-in. Checked In mid-afternoon - Marie was very friendly and efficient. Room was lovely and modern with a nice view overlooking the garden & lake. The fridge in the room was most welcome as it was a hot few days and great to be able to chill the reasonably priced drinks from Auchan at Val d’Europe. Disney prices are steep to say the least!!! Breakfast buffet was plentiful - we all enjoyed both hot and pastry offerings as well as coffee and fruit juice. Didn’t spend too long at breakfast as we were keen to take advantage of the extra ‘magic hour’ of park access before they were open to the public. The hotel is well positioned just outside the Disney Village, but to be fair none of the Disney hotels are far away. Only negative of the trip was that I was charged twice for lunch one day at Hyperion cafe…not the hotel’s fault and to be fair to Disneyland they responded to my email within a couple of hours, checked it and agreed to refund me. Overall, a great experience in a lovely hotel…would definitely recommend.

This is within the Disneyland Paris resort, but think we could have entertained ourselves within the hotel alone. There is lots to see and do and we loved the Marvel theme. The service and food were also outstanding. And, we were pleased to find that the entire staff speaks English.

Beautiful throughout. Clean campus. Nice dining options.

We had a good 3 night stay here, we had no issues with the room or the breakfast, all staff seemed freindly and welcoming, we had no need to make any complaints. The cost of the hotel is high, but i suppose there is a premium to pay for being within the park.
