"TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, I VISIT THE ISLAND ONCE A YEAR AND DON'T PLAN ON RETURNING HERE."

VERY LITTLE I LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL, OTHER THAN THEY DID HAVE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD SERVICE, THAT'S IT.

THE ROOM RATE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN DELUXE SUITE TYPE ROOM, TOTALLY UNTRUE. IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE FOR THE HOT WATER TO ACTUALLY GET HOT. I COULD HEAR THROUGH THE WALLS WHEN OTHER GUEST WERE TAKING A SHOWER (TOTALLY ANNOYING) AND CONSTANTLY RUNNING AND SHOUTING IN THE HALLWAYS FROM THE OTHER GUEST, WITH LITTLE TO NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE MANAGER / FRONT DESK. WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY / FEE THAT I PAID FOR THIS ROOM, THE AMENITIES AND MANAGEMENT WERE HORRIBLE.

"Great, but could've been better."

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. I liked how close we were to the courtyard. Lastly they gave us a key for after hours coming in and out.

The room was way smaller than anticipated. Almost too small. Felt like a motel stay and even then I've had bigger motels. Everything else was fine but the room should've been advertised more accurately.

The room was charming and the staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping, dinning and the beach. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.
