Ti Kaye Resort & Spa

this place was phenomenal! we had amazing service from butler to waiter. everyone was especially friendly and outwardly helpful. I loved this communal vibe. the resort was aesthetically pleasing everywhere. our suite looked out over the Caribbean with a spacious porch and lounge pool. we had a individual guide for 2 diving excursions. he was great. we also went snorkeling four times. very fulfilling the deal we found on travelzoo was unbeatable. such an excellent deal for an unforgettable experience with outstanding staff!

The property is absolutely beautiful, it has a large amount of flora and its well taken care of. Then you also have the beautiful beach. It’s an amazing resort.

The gym, many of the equipment is outdated and can definitely use an upgrade. Also, it would be nice to have two treadmills instead of only having one.

Property was clean. Great views, quiet and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating

I really liked the accommodation. It was large, with a patio, hammock and an outdoor shower. The setting of the restaurant and the beach were beautiful. We liked being able to have paddles, kayaks and floating mattresses.

My stay was truly lovely. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and varied, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and relaxing, and I left with only good memories of my time there. The only concern I’d like to mention is something I came across online. While browsing TikTok, I noticed a staff member posting videos in uniform with the hotel logo visible. Unfortunately, the content itself wasn’t very positive and doesn’t match the professionalism and hospitality the hotel is known for. It would be a shame for that kind of online presence to detract from the otherwise wonderful impression this hotel makes. That aside, my experience here was excellent, and I wish the hotel continued success. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

This property was breathtaking. All the greenery and the beach looked magical. The beach on the property has the most amazing reefs to see and the entire staff were super sweet helpful and super hospitable anything we asked for they always provided really good people.

We went for dinner and a few drinks for date night at Ti Kaye. From beginning to end it was an amazing evening. All the servers, especially Geniene were incredibly kind and helpful, and the bartender Vincia made us a couple of amazing drinks! Shoutout to the restaurant manager Rohan as well for handling our reservations and taking great care of us. We had an amazing evening and will be back very soon!

Staff members Flavia, Sherrick, Kelvin and our driver Phillip were the only saving graces on this trip. Without their kindness, this trip would have been worse than it was. Reception staff, from check-in to departure were detached, unfriendly, and a bit cold. The room was spacious and the view was spectacular. Very private and very quiet. But there wasn't much more to like, unfortunately.

The resort is far from the airport, quite isolated with no options for entertainment or shopping. Excursions are extremely limited and outrageously expensive! Charging $660 for a boat ride?? Seriously?? Front of House staff were not customer-friendly and acted aloof as though they couldn't be bothered. The food was not good and it wasn't fresh. Obviously frozen fish and shrimp, surely not fresh caught. The drinks were not good either. How can you mess up a rum punch?? The room was full of tiny insects and we couldn't even set down a glass of water without infestation. While showering outdoors is great, there should also be a shower inside! Overall this place is highly overpriced, isolated, and boring. I paid too much for this holiday for poor food, poor drinks, and non-caring reception. Their "sister" property is far better with great food and I wish we'd stayed there instead.

Amazing week stay at Ti Kaye, from the stunning cottage, to outdoor shower, beautiful plunge pool, and views that can't be duplicated at this price point! Food and beverage was well done. From Vincia who made us amazing drinks, and conversation. To Chad and Zac, who also served as our bartenders. Tammy, Geniene, and Rose served us in both restaurants and made a special tablescape for our Anniversary dinner. Always had a smile on there face, and provided excellent service, which is hard to do on a side of a cliff! Trevor provided prompt and informative information about St Lucia as we drove along from airport. We loved all the flowers, plants, finches, and tree frogs chirping! Beach club was fun, and the views at lunch stunning! I praise the gentleman for taking the risk in 1991 to buy this property and develop it in a gentle and environmentally way!
