La vue est vraimentexceptionnelle, l'hôtel est calme.

Très déçu par le petit déjeuner. Dans la formule incluse, il n'y a pas d'œuf...on est très loin d'une préstation acceptable pour le prix. Tout le reste: smothied oeufs formules complètes sont en suppléments et assez onéreux. Le sol de la douche n'est vraiment pas propre. Nous avions demandé un transfert du port à l'aéroport, nous avons contacté 3 fois le desk pour confirmer la bonne prise en charge, et malheureusement le personne que nous avons eu au téléphone, ne nous a pas communiquer le prix de transfert, c'est seulement au check-out que l'on a vu un ligne supplémentaire sur la facture... c'est trois points ne sont pas digne d'un 4 etoiles.

Almost paradise… it’s the little things that matter… We have traveled to other all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. We are not complainers and are good tippers, but their “all inclusive” package lacked hospitality, alcoholic drinks were weak, bottle water was a struggle to get (they wanted you to use their “filtered” water from bathroom sink). Their outdoor shower, compared to others, wasn’t quite as nice, hard to control temp, and only hot for a few minutes. The plunge pool was a big disappointment for us. It was coarser than 40 grit sandpaper and it sloped down from very shallow to 4 ft deep in approximately an 8ft span… plunge pools in our experience are one depth and deeper. Not worth the extra cost for the room. The food was okay… my preference would be a well-done steak, but was impossible to get. It always came out, medium…and the burgers were the same only medium… yuk…We came to celebrate our birthday and anniversary. My husband and I share the same birthday. When staying at other resorts, both days were acknowledged by resort and staff as special, they all did little things to make it special. TiKaye did not. On the evening of our birthday, we had a waitress that attempted to do something special for us by getting the entertainment to sing us happy birthday, but forgot my husband‘s name, and there was an awkward silence and instead was called my partner… comical but a lil embarrassing. On our anniversary, no one acknowledged the special day. No special table for dinner, no special dessert, no flowers on the bed. Just a card on arrival with a bottle of wine when our anniversary was days later… Maybe not every place does those things but it is the little things that matter. The resort in itself is beautiful, amazing view. The beach is a little run down , but rustic. Nice, comfy double hammock on the balcony. We enjoyed the cute birds that frequented our balcony. This is where we spent most of our time at TiKaye. The chairs on the porch/balcony are screwed down and can’t move out of direct sunlight if you wanted to, but good thing that was only a few hours in mid afternoon. If you leave the resort and think you won’t be carsick, you might be 😂… it’s like a 40 min roller coaster ride to Castries and even longer to the airport. We gave this resort 3 stars because it is indeed the little things that matter during our special week.

The private plunge pool rooms were spacious and all had amazing views. The grounds were and facilities are very well maintained. The all inclusive plan has a varied selections and the fresh fish was very well done. The soup selections were also enjoyed.

The drive from and to the airport road was in disrepair and needs to be fixed. The private road once you enter the property should be fixed.

The resort has a very intimate feel due to not being a big corporate resort, this is really evident throughout. It’s the perfect size, amazing location, all cottages have a view of the ocean. Perfectly air conditioned rooms, staff amazingly friendly. Great food and drinks too especially at the beach restaurant!

There were tiny little ants in our closet and the pressure of the outdoor shower could’ve been better. The evening food was sometimes 10/10 but a couple times maybe a 6 or 7/10.

EXCEPTIONNEL ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est impeccable , il y a une magnifique vue, peu importe oú l'on se trouve dans l'hôtel. C'est extrêmement calme, on entends les oiseaux chanter. Le personnel agréable et accueillant très serviable. La plage est magnifique, eau translucide, des poissons, et de nombreux équipements sur place pour se détendre et profiter! Un grand plus le fameux funiculaire GENIALE. Le repas est excellent, mention spécial pour les côtes agneaux au grill une TUERIE ! Les cocktails sont fabuleux Vraiment woaw !

La route pour accéder à l'hôtel est très accidentée ,avec de nombreux trous, qu'ils essaient de reboucher au fur et à mesure. Si possible avoir des rideaux occlutants dans les chambres pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière du jour, le soleil se lève très tôt (6h) et si on souhaite faire une grasse matinée les rayons du soleil peuvent gener. La douche extérieur prévoir un flexible pour ceux qui n'aime pas les douches ciel de pluie.

The service is great with friendly, professional, kind and enthusiastic staff. The privacy and setting is just what you are looking for if you want to get away and relax. The dining area is spectacular with views over the ocean and beach. We will go back next décembre ! Joy & Immanuel

My Wife and I absolutely loved our vacation. Ti Kaye was as beautiful and well maintained as the photos showed on Expedia. The Staff was amazing and the Food was unbelievable. Def. worth the All Inclusive package. Some suggestions for those coming to the Ti Kaye Resort that would have been very helpful to know. First we rented a car. They are all right side drive vehicles and drive on the left side of the road. The roads are not well maintained getting to the resort from the airport. Decide before you book if you are up for the challenge. The drive that starts at the resorts sign off of the main road to get to the resort is actually the worst as far as quality. Very rough and full of potholes. I thought maybe I had come in the staff only entrance. The beach was wonderful. One suggestion I can make is to bring river shoes. Not just flip-flops/sandals. While the sand is soft, at the waters edge to about 15 feet in there are rocks that we saw absolutely everyone struggle with. Past the 15 feet of rock it turns back into soft sand but I was very thankful I had shoes to wear in the water. The rooms were awesome and clean. I love the outdoor shower the most. The AC was good and they had 1 standard American power outlet we could use. We had brought an adapter but did not need it which was nice. Very Romantic. 10/10 for us! We also decided that Adults Only is soooo nice! It was busy but never seemed crowded.

The food choices had plenty of variety and a mixture of local and international cuisine. The view from pretty much anywhere on the property was spectacular - from our balcony, while dining, at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or from the beach. The staff was friendly, engaging, responsive, and informative. Our tour guide, Sheffield, was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history of the island, the wildlife, agriculture and economy.

The only thing we would have liked was a microwave in our room for our room service food and leftovers from our meals, and a few more snack options in the store in the reception area. Not even negative feedback, just thoughtful suggestions that in hindsight would've further enhanced an awesome experience.
