Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility.

Property is on an hill and the views of the bay was well worth the stay at this hotel. Not a lot to do at the hotel, breakfast was good, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Will visit again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, probably a little bit more choice of local dishes on the menu but overall it was very quiet and peaceful and would probably use the hotel again if ever I was in that pat of the world again

The view was excellent. The property was clean and staff is friendly.

The stay was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous and welcoming the room was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there, it was our second stay. We will continue to recommend Cara Suites.

Terrible outdated property. So much room mold i got sick. Not a nice property at all

The property was somewhat updated and clean. The restaurant staff was friendly. The location was convenient. The grounds were well kept.

The hotel was comfortable but found food to be significantly overpriced with limited choice. Could offer more local cuisine at lunch and dinner. Room was clean but a bit tired and could do with a refurb, patio could do with a jet clean and some seating to enjoy the lovely view.

Everything was so overpriced even by hotel standards. Most of the staff was great but they have several bad apples through. Bar staff was the main culprit. Again, the food and drink prices were ridiculous. $20 for breakfast for example. Breakfast of that caliber should be around $5-$7. I won’t stay again.
