Kitchen, food and drinks valuable, apart from breakfast. Nice swimming pool and open hall area

overpriced. Breakfast not valuable. Room furniture of modest standard. Location not valuable for tourists.

I love the lobby area and the views from the pool deck

The booking I made had a balcony but the room I got had no balcony. The main entrance to the lobby from the car park needs to be restored

Great bar food but the breakfast was awful. Instant coffee and no choice, if it wasn't out, they didn't have it. Toast and jam was the safest choice. It is a shame they don't offer a choice of eggs or a variety of fruit. The bedrooms were comfortable but no furniture on the huge balcony - what a waste as the view was amazing. The bathroom was cramped, you have step in and shut the door to get to the loo or shower. The pool area is beautiful and very stylish, it could do with waiter service however, and the filter broke down meaning no where to cool off at the end of our stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful but limited by the abilities of the hotel itself, such as the poor breakfast and lack of gumption to fix the pool.

Staffs were helpful. Bedding and appliances need updating. Lots of mosquitoes in room. Room does not have a clean smell.

Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that was rude and had a nasty attitude. We had issues with check in. In our room, we experienced more issues. The bed sheet had a small blood stain, bathroom was dirty, and shower drain cover was not screwed in. Reported issues to front desk; manager called the room at 10:30pm, trying to discuss our concerns . Highly inappropriate to call at that time. Next day met with a manager and were told all issues will be resolved. We left for the day; when we returned, we noticed 1 pair of slippers were missing. Informed staff and were again given attitude from some unfriendly staff. Next morning, at 7:30am, housekeeping came in to our room to explain the slippers were found in the “lost and found” pile. Staff stated that they removed the slippers since they thought they were left by previous guest. Absolutely unacceptable! We were told by manager that compensation will be given to us for inconvenience only 2 days into stay. They offered voucher for the bar. We agreed, which turned out to be a 150TT ($25) voucher. This was a huge slap in the face considering we paid almost 6000TT ($1072) for the room for 3 guests. This compensation for all the issues was horrible. Lastly, my brother in law who was staying with (my wife and I) was constantly asked “Are you a guest here?” It felt like they were discriminating due to his appearance since he was the only one asked! This was our second stay here! Never returning. Avoid at all cost!

I stayed here with friends for a friend's wedding. We chose this hotel because it was close to the venue and reasonably priced. On reaching the property I was immediately concerned. The outside looked like it was not operational and had not been for many many years. Even the main entrance was barred and we were asked to enter at the side of the hotel. I breathed a sigh of relief when I entered the lobby. The lobby overlooked the pool and a view of the bay. It was beautifully designed and decorated and seemed to be recently renovated. Check in was easy, the staff were very friendly and we were served welcome drinks. We were also travelling with an elderly person and they went above and beyond to cater for her needs. I was mostly disappointed with the rooms. The rooms were very old and gloomy looking. The shower was actually so narrow I could barely fit inside and the closure was a dingy shower curtain. The bedspread was discolored. The area of the hotel where the rooms were located was quite a long walk from the lobby and we did not feel safe walking there alone at night. Room service was not offered even though there was a restaurant on site and orders could be taken from the front desk. Breakfast was very basic. We had dinner there one night and even though the restaurant was practically empty it took a long time to receive service.

I tried to go have breakfast but i saw alot of flies in the room, so in never ate breakfast there. Note the tv was to small. Bathroom was full of mildew and dirty. Light out over microwave. No reading lamp by bed. Room was very dark at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a good size but was outdated and needed renovation.
