Breakfast and food was good.

The toilet leaked in the room. and the floor was somewhat dirty. The doors and cabinets need to be upgraded.

The choices for break fast was excellent and varied on a daily basis

Gym location was not easily accessible too many stairs to get to it it could have been closer it seems like rge gym was an afterthought rather than a component of the Cara Suites experience

The property is very outdated and most of the staff was not helpful. We did not feel welcomed

The pool and lobby area was beautiful.

1. I made a reservation for a room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony when i checked in for my stay. 2. The food was atrocious, over priced, devoid of taste and lacked appeal. I bought two chicken burgers that were poorly done. The breakfast that came with the stay was mediocre at best, was not appetizing at all. 3. The ac that was in the room was leaking water continuosly and made loud noises throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. 4. The customer service i received from the male bartender at the Bay View Bar was distateful. He was very unfriendly as i made my order and asked for further clarification. 5. The customer service at the zest bistro left much to be desired.

A great getaway if you want to rest and recharge. Very peaceful
