the staff were very very helpful ....... and the ambiance

Location was centrally located to our business Lobby, bar, restaurant area was just beautiful clean and welcoming.

The bed rooms need major improvements Bathroom , doors opening is not convenient to the toilet and shower, toilet bowl loose, shower is just not welcoming- curtains were too long , tiles are very uneven and standing in there gets uncomfortable, the faucet is leaking, the drain plug is missing , Rooms smell like 1984 Sharing the beds with an army of ants. Mattress are old and busted and have no comfort Doors are not secure and very noisy This place is beautiful for the public and events But terrible for staying guests.

Great views from the room, lobby, bar area and pool. Nice staff, relaxing ambiance. Breakfast options were not extensive but very tasty.

The room we got was cosy, but on the small side and a bit dated. The tv in the room was not a smart tv and the picture quality of the available cable was poor. Luckily I had my own hdmi cable so I connected my laptop for Netflix etc. The bed also shifted occasionally when sitting up against the headboard.

Pepper sauce apparently fermented. gave my husband gastro.

The porch needed cleaning.

Hotel has beautiful views, very modern and chic However the large glass window (basically a wall) looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months But overall great surroundings, friendly and helpful staff and 9/10 rating for my first travel experience

The lighting. The lighting could’ve been much better. The lighting is dull and gives the room a dark appearance. As a hairstylist and content creator , though I have my own lighting , the light in the room still could use brighter lights.

Loved the view, the pool and the food was 👍 Excellent breakfast Good cocktails. Room was good
