The thing I appreciate most since the upgrades of the public spaces to a more modern design, is the tranquility of the location. The view of the Gulf of Paria is peaceful and it continues to give a calming energy to guests.

We held our wedding reception here and stayed several days before and after. The staff are superb, special thanks to Leticia (wedding coordinator) and the service team on the night, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and made the night go so smoothly. The hotel has beautiful views and the rooms we had were a great size, clean and well maintained. Reception staff are helpful, loads of parking. Looking forward to staying there again

Good proximity to San Fernando area. Very old hotel rooms that need major renovations. Small breakfast; needs more options. Supper is very tasty but expensive. Hotel charges in USD, not TT dollars.

The toilet is pretty poor in quality with shower is the worst. Too poor water flow when taking shower. Poor toilet amenities provided. Very low class comparing hotel standard.

Decent room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

When you enter, the reception, the view, the bar and the pool are all beautiful, obviously new and investment has been made. Most people there seemed to have been staying to work in one of the nearby factories so the pool was empty all day, there are plenty of very helpful staff so with it being so quiet there they had a lot of time for each guest which makes you feel at home, and the breakfasts were great.

The room was the worst bit. There is a balcony, but it is a plain square box with no furniture and there is only a single dining chair in the room so you can't use the balcony at all. Which is a shame because the view from it over the bay at sunset is beautiful. The room had a fridge which wasn't plugged in, and nowhere to plug it in because there are insufficient outlets. In order to charge my phone I had to unplug the kettle. There are no outlets near the bed so there isn't a light I could read by in the evening. And I won't even mention the "gym" which had a very grim feel.
