Great Stay at Hilton Vacation Club Charter Club Naples Bay – May 4–8, 2025 My wife and I brought my parents for a short getaway to the Charter Club in Naples, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We stayed in Unit C10, a bottom-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. The accommodations were excellent—clean, modern, and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly, and the entire property, including the pool area, was very well maintained. One highlight was seeing a dolphin swim right up to the pier while we were in the poolside dining/bar area—truly a memorable moment. We also took advantage of the outdoor propane grills one evening, which was a nice bonus. The location is ideal, close to many great restaurants and attractions around Naples. As Hilton Grand Vacations owners, we appreciated not being pressured to sit through a timeshare update—something that unfortunately happens at many other resorts but not here. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely return if we’re back in the area. Thanks to the staff for making it such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

It's too bad that the drawbacks of this resort almost outweigh its many attractions including a very nice setting in wonderful Olde Naples, nicely appointed 2-bedroom 2 bath units, and many amenities served up by a very professional and helpful staff. However, as a couple who dotes on modern-day electronics for our in-house entertainment, we have to say this place falls short, with both Amazon Echo capability and cable TV Music channels all blockaded, compounded by the many tedious clicks needed to set up the TV to play streaming content (which must be repeated at each turn-on). All this makes it worthwhile to just sit around the Tiki bar and drink.

Nice hotel, great location. We had a 2 bed apartment which was a great size, plenty big enough for a family. Full size kitchen, washer and dryer. Very clean. Parking was excellent and the pool area looked nice though we didn’t use it. There is also a private dock where you can get boat rides and fish from etc. they also had what looked like decent rental bikes. The area is great, 5 minute walk to tin city, 10 minutes to 5th Avenue and about 20 mins to 3rd Avenue. Be aware that there are no elevators and if you’re on the third floor it’s 3 sets of stairs. The only negative was the check in experience. If you arrive after 6pm you have to get your key from a lock box after speaking on a very poor line to a 3rd party company. Initially they told us the wrong room so I had to go back, luckily got someone else the second time and they gave us the right room. Lucky for us it was just one floor below the room we were initially told and not in another building!
