I reported the problem but it was pooh-poohed. I ask the city to test the water. It came back quetionable. I now have a urinary tract infection

Great location on Naples Bay. Only 4 - 5 blocks from the beach. Stayed in a newly renovated room. Very quiet area. Walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Lovely stay, beautiful setting

Our favorite vacation destination in Naples, close to all the great restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing and great view overlooking Naples Bay.

Concierge Jorge was really helpful. You can borrow Beach umbrellas and chairs which was very helpful, just ask reception. There are are only chairs for shade round the pool so there isn't much shade to lie on the sunbeds in the early part of the day until about 3pm so we went to the Beach. Best beach is Lowdermilk Bay where you can park and it has all amenities. The apartment comes with Hairdryer, kitchen cleaning materials and cloths and toilet rolls. I had to ask in advance as in Europe this isn't always provided and washing soap and dishwasher tablets, which was all very helpful. No Kettle at the time of writing for those who like their tea. The location is very convenient and very pleasant and the apartment is very clean, nice home from home. a few nice restaurants within walking distance on Naples Bay.

The resort is very relaxing. You can relax by the pool or hot tub and watch the boats go as you are relaxing in the chairs. There are very restaurants that are a short walk from the Resort. The Beach is also a short walk away about 1 mile walk. We went to Ocean Prime and we highly recommend it. The filet Mignon, salad and dessert was very delicious. And also had Red wine to go with our wonderful meal. They also took the Sunset Boat trip on the "Sweet Liberty" Sailboat, That was a very nice boat trip and recommend it too.

The staff were excellent especially the ones on the front desk. Location is what you pay for. Pool area lovely & clean

They accommodation is looking a bit tired but the whole complex is just about to go through z refurbishment. The tiki bar did not stay open in line with the hours displayed which was a little disappointing.

Excellent apartment, friendly staff

Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.
