Superfint hotell med en fantastisk service, fint mottagande där man verkligen känner att man är välkommen. Smidigt med parkering utanför ingången. Elvas dessutom en väldigt trevlig stad.

O Staff muito simpático, não gostei do quarto o ara condicionado fazia muito barulho, quase não consegui dormir, a piscina muito suja, o pequeno almoço para um hotel 4 deixa muito a desejar, não recomendo!!!

Un lieu merveilleux, plein d’histoires que le patron n’hésite pas à vous raconter dans un français parfait. La ville fortifiée est à 2 pas et vous laisse rêveur !!!

Hemos estado MUY AGUSTO. El trato, la limpieza y la ubicación perfectos. Es coqueto, familiar y muy agradable. Han trabajado mucho el tema Covid. En España sería un 3*. El trato y el esfuerzo les dan otra estrella. It is a very nice hotel to stay, small and familiar. Fantastic. On the other hand, they have worked hard on covid issues, everthing is super-clean, food is perfectly isolated. We usually stop in Elvas or Badajoz when we go on holiday to the south of Spain or Portugal. I guess it will be our stop in next journeys.

Bien. Fue pousada, pero se nota q ya no lo es, está un poco abandonado, sobre todo la piscina y su zona. La cama supletoria no te s la al, la s un mal catre. Lo mejor el desayuno.

The air-conditioning was not efficient and noisy, small tv , kids bed not comfortable. Cleaned faculties nice employees, good location. Expensive for the service provided.

This hotel was in the past a pusada and they have renovated it but they kept the authentic style. The hotel is near by the historic center and has a parking space in front of it. The hotel is really suitable for people who cannot walk stairs easily. All rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator. Also you need to carry your own luggage to the first floor. Rooms are nice, but when it is hot outside (specially during the summer), the AC is not able to cool the room to a comfortable level. The swimming pool is big enough and nice to rest after a long walk in the city. The breakfast is enough to get started but not really special. Staff is very friendly and provide good instruction related to the covid rules.

Hotel was easy to find. Good location, just outside City walls. Easy parking. Bedrooms spacious , clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful.

it's the second time i've stayed in this hotel and the experience was just as good. simple check-in,friendly and helpful staff,nice bar and the food at the restaurant was very good with a very relaxing dining area that is made for your comfort.my room was colourful and had everything one needs to make for a relaxing stay and was decorated to a high standard,wi-fi is good and with the centre of elvas and everything it has to offer a short walk away it makes for being in a good location.
