Posizione Top, centrale ma non in mezzo al traffico della Gran Via. Due supermercati di fronte al b&b servizi bar e pizzerie a portata di mano. 10/15 minuti a piedi fa gran via e principali siti della città.

Appartement très bien situé. Bien équipé. Climatisation très appréciable ainsi que le lave-linge séchant et de la vaisselle. Proximité des commerces et de la place d'Espagne, appartement situé dans le quartier vivant de Malasena.

L'emplacement dans la ville et le calme. Le geste commercial consistant à nous offrir un petit déjeuner. L'assistance pour réserver un taxi le jour de notre départ.

L'incohérence entre les photos fournies par Booking.com qui montrent une grande terrasse et l'appartement que nous avons eu qui n'en était pas pourvu. Le fait que l'appartement soit équipé d'une machine à café dont les dosettes sont introuvables dans la commerce.

Locatie was zeer goed, inrichting van het appartement met twee badkamers ook, alles was aanwezig in het zeer ruime appartement en alles functioneerde correct !

Er stond een foto van een dakterras om booking.com, dit was een reden waarom we dit appartement verkozen boven gelijkaardige appartementen die iets goedkoper waren (maar vanbinnen hetzelfde), er bleek geen dakterras aanwezig op onze locatie. Op booking worden foto's van verschillende locaties van de verhuurder door elkaar gebruikt en het is niet duidelijk wat je juist zelf geboekt hebt. In de living konden maar drie mensen in de zithoek zitten terwijl we met 4 personen geboekt hadden. Er ontbrak minstens 1 stoel of zetel, de vierde persoon moest op een hoge kruk aan de keukenbartafel zitten.
