This was the worst check-in experience that I have experienced in all my years of traveling with my wife. It took us over 1 hour altogether to get our room once we checked in. We checked in, went to our room, and besides realizing we got the wrong room, the room was not clean. We went all the way back to the front office, had to wait for someone to get back to the desk, the voicemail for the phoneline was full, and when the girl got back, we told her that 1 the room wasn't clean from the last checked out, and two we paid for the penthouse suite, but she assigned us the king suite instead. We were told that this is the one I paid for, and all the suites are the same. Their website shows that the penthouse suite is the highest and most different. We were told that it would take 30 minutes to clean out the room, so we waited (and realized a lot of other guests had the same issue with their rooms not being cleaned). 45 minutes later with no update, I went to ask and was told it should be clean and to go check, so we walked all the way back to see the housekeeper in front of the door and 4 other people (guests) coming out of our room. One of the ladies looked at us and said, "We are done using the room; you can go in now." At this point, my wife is pissed that we can't get into our room and that they (the housekeeper?) let other people into the room, maybe to change? Had to make another trip back to the front desk, where now it's another girl, who did not believe us, had no means to communicate with the housekeeper (who lied and said there was no one in the room), and kept saying maybe it's the owner. At this point, my wife was ready to call it a loss on our payment, our weekend away, and go back home.

- location -balcony with the gym -architecture -very cute -bed was very comfy -2 min walk to the beach and it was quiet -soft water in shower -very hot water -friendly staff

-no mirrors in room -very minimal light -no office on property -signage was very misleading -parking lot was very small and tight -needs a dresser or more counter tops -no fan in bathroom/vents, very hot if several people are showering

Location. Comfortable. Unique.

Lack of parking

Location was great! It’s really 2 hotels together so that wasn’t clear. We had to walk to the next hotel for everything. Ours had no closet, only one pillow each, TV volume had a lock or something. It was so low we could barely hear it.

The breakfast was really cheap and the area is really scrunched together. We just left and ate elsewhere. They have an amazing shared balcony with an ocean view. Staff were very nice, just need more of them. Lots of waiting around for things, check in, check out, wine at the wine tasting, coffee at breakfast etc

We been staying here for more that 20. Years, love the location

Couple of times we had to change our room.

La habitación estaba en muy mal estado, con humedad no tenía nada de comodidad. Pagamos por algo que no nos han dado . Por favor no reserven con jacuzzi porque es triste (me dieron esta habilitación sin pedirla y es pésima)
