The price and location.

There wasn’t an attendant at the front desk when checking in. They pulled up a few minutes later after ringing the doorbell.

This little place is adorable! We had a quick stop in Williams and this cozy inn was perfect! It has a country decor, several places to keep belongings, a separate sitting area with a couch, tv, microwave, fridge, and dinette table. It was quiet and felt safe. The staff was great. We would definitely stay again.

My room, 101, was cute & clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower pressure was good, and water stayed hot. Heat (wall thermostat) kept me warm and was very quiet. Office is not staffed regular hours, but owner responds to the ring doorbell quickly. They also answer emails quickly. There are 2nd floor rooms, so potential for overhead noise, but there was no one above me. There are train whistles, but I love that! Walking distance to "downtown" and grocery store. Refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker & hair dryer provided. No breakfast during off season. I had an enjoyable stay.

The layout of the room was terrific. The mattress was comfortable.

The room was dirty. When we turned down the covers the bedding had hair in it, both long head hairs and short body hairs. The towels had long hairs on them. The sheets and pillow cases were heavily stained yellow. The room was dusty and we both woke up congested. Behind the mini fridge there was a thick mat of dust. The bathroom was clean.
